Job description
ROLE: Product and Sales Specialist

LOCATION: Wilmslow

HOURS: Monday to Friday 8.30 to 6.00. Saturdays 9.00 to 5.00.

SALARY: 27k basic, 60k OTE + car + excellent benefits!

We are recruiting for an ambitious Sales Executive / Product and Sales Specialist to join our hard‑working and friendly client’s dealership in Wilmslow.

Responsibilities
  • Communicating with customers in a friendly and polite manner via email, telephone and in person
  • Working with your team to ensure all sales targets and KPIs are met
  • Act as a Polestar Sales Specialist, serving as a brand ambassador and providing an immersive, educational, and thrilling experience to our customers
  • Ensure every customer leaves the showroom with unforgettable memories
  • Arrange and accompany customers on test drives
  • Complete mandatory paperwork and processes as required
  • Drive forward all enquiry leads, building rapport with customers to convert appointments into sales and maximizing leads
About You
  • Previous car/vehicle sales experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Dedication to flawless customer service and passion for the motor trade industry
  • Enthusiasm, drive and motivation
  • Full UK driving licence (for driving high‑profile vehicles)
