This is a part-time, remote position (2 to 3 days per week) collaborating closely with a dynamic UK-based team.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and manage product costings and profitability across retail and direct-to-consumer channels.
- Ensure pricing, margin data, and supplier quotes are accurate and regularly updated.
- Manage relationships with retail partners and ecommerce platforms.
- Support the onboarding of new products, including uploading data and preparing marketing collateral.
- Contribute to product launch campaigns across email, web, and social media.
- Create and schedule engaging social media content, primarily on Instagram.
- Assist with content planning, image coordination, and maintaining brand styling standards.
- Maintain documentation and manage tools for tracking costs and margins effectively.
Qualifications and Experience
- Strong commercial awareness with proven experience in costing and pricing physical products.
- Excellent IT skills with confidence using tools to manage pricing, margin data, and internal systems.
- Proactive approach to learning and applying technology to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Experience in sales or account management within retail, FMCG, or a product-based business.
- Comfortable engaging with buyers, suppliers, and online retail systems.
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify.
- Experience in supporting or creating social media activity for a brand.
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and confident working independently in a remote environment.
Desirable:
- Experience launching or marketing new products.
- Familiarity with design and content tools such as Canva or Lightroom.
- Understanding of packaging workflows and supplier coordination.
