The role combines underwriting support, delegated authority oversight, stakeholder management and project coordination, while contributing to new products, product enhancements and strategic initiatives. • Review underwriting documentation, declarations and bordereaux submissions, ensuring compliance with agreed guidelines.
  • Assist with risk acceptance processes and identify issues, exceptions or accumulation concerns for escalation.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with strategic partners, brokers, coverholders and service providers.
  • Act as a key point of contact, coordinating information requests, reporting requirements and stakeholder communications.
  • Support the delivery of product development initiatives, product enhancements and new market opportunities.
  • Produce management information, performance reports and analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and support governance, compliance and audit activities in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and coordinate activity across multiple teams and organisations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Experience producing reports, management information and data-driven analysis to support decision-making.
  • Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Proactive and commercially aware, with a willingness to identify improvements, take ownership of work and develop broader industry knowledge.
  • Familiarity with delegated authority arrangements, MGAs, coverholders or binding authorities would be advantageous but not essential.
  • Hybrid working model consisting of a mix of office-based and remote work days
  • 25 days of annual leave exclusive of bank holidays
  • Performance-based bonus scheme reflecting both individual and company success
  • Subsidised lunch allowance paid monthly to support your daily costs
