  • Provide first-line product support and deployment assistance
  • Create and maintain user documentation and training materials
  • Develop multimedia content including video tutorials
  • Support product testing and deployment initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Maintain and update knowledge base
  • Participate in daily standups and project planning
