Simply Business insures small businesses and supports over 1,000,000 active insurance policies for builders, bakers, landlords, and more than 1,200 other trades. It also operates as a technology company and runs a social impact strategy to help 10,000 small businesses start or grow by 2030.

Задачи:

• Deliver high-quality analysis and recommendations to support Product teams and their objectives;
• Carry out customer journey analysis;
• Measure the impact of multi-channel strategies;
• Uncover and deliver insights through ad-hoc data exploration and visualisation;
• Collaborate with data engineers to evolve data sets and data pipelines;
• Build dashboards and self-service query tools;
• Train colleagues to use dashboards and query tools.

Требования:

• Experience as an Analyst/Data Scientist or Management Consultant;
• Knowledge of SQL;
• Demonstrated problem-solving and experimentation skills, including A/B tests;
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams;
• Demonstrated ability to analyse data and solve problems;
• Degree in STEM, economics, or a similar field;
