Job summary

Simply Business insures small businesses, serving over 1,000,000 active insurance policies across more than 1,200 trades. It is also a technology company that builds solutions to help small businesses start and grow.

Задачи:

• Deliver high-quality analysis and recommendations to support Product teams and help them achieve their objectives
• Carry out customer journey analysis
• Measure the impact of multi-channel strategies
• Uncover and deliver insights through ad-hoc data exploration and visualisation
• Collaborate with data engineers to evolve data sets and data pipelines
• Build dashboards and self-service query tools
• Train colleagues to use dashboards and query tools
• Work with developers, data engineers, and data scientists to uncover customer insights and test hypotheses

Требования:

• Experience as an Analyst, Data Scientist, or Management Consultant
• Knowledge of SQL
• Proven aptitude for problem solving and experimentation, including A/B tests
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
• Proven aptitude for analysing data and solving problems
• Degree in STEM, economics, or a similar field
• Ability to question existing approaches and help shape the future of the business
