Job summary

ASOS ищет старшего аналитика продукта, который будет выходить за пределы анализа и формировать стратегию продукта на основе данных. Вы будете работать с руководством, влиять на приоритеты и измерять эффект изменений в привычках покупателей на платформе ASOS.

Ваша задача — вести эксперименты, строить дашборды, доказывать ценность рекомендаций и доводить данные до понятной речи для разных аудиторий. Опыт работы в электронной коммерции приветствуется, гибридный формат работы.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Проведение глубинного анализа воронок и путей клиента; поиск возможностей для улучшения конверсии, вовлечения и удержания.
• Разработка, проведение и оценка A/B тестов и экспериментов; обеспечение статистической строгости и влияния на бизнес.
• Выявление возможностей роста и приоритизация через данные и эксперименты.
• Перевод сложной аналитики в понятные истории для технических и нетехнических слушателей, включая руководство.
• Совместная работа с менеджерами продукта и стейкхолдерами для определения стратегии через данные; измерение успеха.
• Создание и развитие дашбордов, отчетности и самообслуживаемой аналитики.
• Менторство младших аналитиков, повышение уровня аналитического качества в команде.

Описание: Join our Product Analytics function and play a key role in shaping the next wave of customer-facing experiences at ASOS. As a Senior Product Analyst, you’ll go beyond analysis — leading how data informs product strategy, influencing senior stakeholders, and driving measurable impact across the platform.

• Lead deep-dive analysis across customer funnels and journeys, identifying high-impact opportunities to improve conversion, engagement, and retention
• Own the design, execution, and evaluation of A/B tests and experimentation frameworks, ensuring statistical rigour and clear business impact
• Proactively identify growth opportunities and influence prioritisation through data-led recommendations and experiments you design
• Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences, including leadership
• Partner with Product Managers and senior stakeholders to define product strategy through data, setting clear success metrics and evaluating performance
• Build and evolve dashboards, reporting, and self-serve analytics capabilities to scale insight across product teams
• Mentor and support more junior analysts, contributing to best practice and raising the bar for analytical quality across the team

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and translate data into actionable insight
• Solid grounding in statistics, including hypothesis testing and experimental design, with the ability to apply these in real-world product environments
• Advanced SQL skills and strong experience with Python (pandas, NumPy) for large-scale data analysis
• Proven experience leading A/B testing programmes and influencing product decisions through experimentation
• Significant experience analysing customer behaviour within digital products or e-commerce platforms, with a focus on driving measurable improvements
• Strong experience with data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Looker), with an emphasis on storytelling and stakeholder impact
• Experience working closely with Product and influencing senior stakeholders or leadership teams
