Job Description:

A Financial Services Company is currently seeking a Product Analyst to help assist in optimising their Asset Financing/Lending platform.

The role will involve analysing business requirements, data analysis, identifying opportunities for platform enhancements, and ensuring alignment between system capabilities and business needs.

The Product team works closely with key stakeholders and technical teams, driving improvements on the platform, overseeing key deployments across the project lifecycle, and ensuring smooth scalability as their client base grows.

Skills

• Experience in Product, Business/Data Analysis, or similar roles
• Understanding of asset finance and leasing processes, familiarity with lending platforms
• Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts into business terms and engage stakeholders
• Experience in eliciting and documenting business requirements, conducting gap analyses, and creating user stories or specifications
• Ability to understand system capabilities, data structures, and integrations, and collaborate effectively with technical teams
• Experience supporting end-to-end delivery of system changes
