About this role

Are you a passionate and skilled Product Analyst eager to make a tangible impact at a leading global food delivery platform? Do you thrive in a collaborative environment, using data, insights, and analysis to inform critical business decisions?

As a Product Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in understanding and optimizing our product experiences. You'll leverage data to uncover insights into user actions, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to data-informed product decisions that enhance customer and partner journeys while optimizing business value.

Working closely with product managers, UX designers, UX researchers, engineers, and other data professionals, you'll translate complex data into actionable recommendations, helping to shape a better global user experience. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your analytical skills and make a tangible impact within our product team, specifically focusing on the support journey for our customers and partners.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:
  • Product Performance Analysis: Utilise product data to understand how users interact with our platform, identify pain points, and contribute to developing solutions. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance insights to Product Managers.
  • User Behavior Insights: Build a quantitative understanding of user segments, their usage patterns, and key journeys to inform product design and development.
  • Data Exploration & Tooling: Apply tools such as Google Analytics, Snowplow, and BigQuery to conduct behavioral analysis and extract relevant data.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers, UX teams, and business stakeholders to assess opportunities, understand the impact of product changes, and support task prioritization.
  • Reporting & Visualisation: Create clear, insightful, and standardised reports focused on product metrics. Assist in developing a comprehensive suite of reporting for ongoing performance tracking.
  • Experimentation Support: Support the design and execution of A/B tests and other experiments to measure the impact and success of new product initiatives.
  • Data Infrastructure Contribution: Contribute to the alignment and guidelines of our data infrastructure, working as part of the broader Customer Data & Analytics team.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate analytical findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences, using data visualisation and storytelling techniques.
What you’ll bring to the table:
  • Experience in a data analysis or product analysis role, preferably within a digital product environment.
  • Skilled in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar.Sound understanding of relational data models.
  • Ability to derive insights from complex datasets and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis concepts, including basic experimental design (e.g., A/B testing).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Experience working effectively within cross-functional teams. Commercially minded with an outcome-focused approach.
  • Self-motivated, curious, and proactive in identifying opportunities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt in a fast-moving environment.
