Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated Product Manager to join our Operations Technology team, where we build and manage the platforms that enable our business operations to deliver exceptional customer service. The team leads and drives strategic business improvement and transformation projects across the products and processes used by our clients and operations teams, with the ultimate goal of enhancing cost efficiency and service quality across the customer and colleague journey.

You will own the Case Management application, which digitalizes and orchestrates business processes to provide seamless service delivery. This is a critical product within Convera, and you will be responsible for managing business demands and expectations, partnering with technical teams to share roadmaps and deliver functional products. Your role includes leading the product lifecycle from eliciting requirements to managing releases and continuous improvements.

You will engage with cross-functional teams including Business Operations, Strategy Transformations, Technical Product, and Data teams.

Key Responsibilities

Product Management (60%)

  • Support product delivery through all lifecycle phases: define roadmaps, elicit requirements, create user stories in JIRA, communicate with developers, validate requirements.
  • Serve as the contact for all product-related queries.
  • Maintain product backlog, plan sprints, and track delivery progress.
  • Conduct research and analysis to stay updated on technology trends.
  • Translate product requirements to development teams, validate understanding, and monitor delivery timelines.
  • Document solutions and design approaches; create training content based on user journeys.

Stakeholder Management & Engagement (20%)

  • Collaborate with international teams.
  • Plan initiatives and align stakeholders on approaches and decisions.
  • Communicate effectively with varied stakeholder groups.
  • Partner with technical teams to ensure alignment.
  • Work with QA and UAT teams to validate functional requirements and address gaps.
  • Perform business impact assessments and consider user journeys.
  • Update management on delivery status and next steps.

Business Analysis (20%)

  • Use data to inform decisions and improve products.
  • Maintain business requirement documentation and process maps.
  • Participate in design committees, perform AS-IS and TO-BE analyses, and identify risks.
  • Contribute to solution design, ensuring process efficiency.
  • Apply analytical thinking to evaluate people, process, or technology needs.

Experience & Qualifications

  • University Degree in Business Management, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • 3+ years in Product Management, especially with Case Management or Orchestration Platforms; experience in compliance or financial services is a plus.
  • Coding skills are preferred but not essential.
  • Experience managing teams and large IT projects.

Skills

  • Knowledge of product development lifecycle, backlog management, methodologies like MoSCoW.
  • Familiarity with SFDC, user journey design, technical writing, data analysis tools (Azure, AWS, Excel, PowerBI/Tableau, SQL).
  • Understanding of Agile/Lean methodologies.
