Job Title: Junior Product Analyst
As our Junior Product Analyst, reporting to a Product Manager within Key and Asset Management, you will influence product strategy through market and product research and analysis. Your responsibilities include:
- Conducting in-depth research on markets, customers, competitors, technologies, and trends by sector and geography, using AI tools and traditional methods to support product strategy and positioning.
- Supporting Product Managers, UX Managers, and Product Marketing by gathering Voice of Customer insights, identifying functionality gaps, assisting in user research, collecting win/loss data, and developing customer personas and marketing collateral.
- Collaborating with the Global Business Systems team to analyze Product Management KPI data, monitor product performance, and prepare reports including KPIs, Quarterly Portfolio Reviews, and sustainability targets.
- Maintaining and sharing competitor and market information through engaging formats and a structured repository to support roadmap planning and stakeholder alignment.
- Assisting with product launches, capturing market feedback at events, and supporting communication with regional teams to gather insights.
- Possessing a Bachelor's degree demonstrating strong research and analytical skills, with proven data interpretation capabilities.
- Having strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and provide solutions.
- Communicating findings clearly to stakeholders across the business.
- Being skilled in data analysis tools such as PowerBI, Excel, SQL, Python, and AI tools.
- Having experience in market research and trend analysis, with an understanding of the product development lifecycle and cross-functional collaboration.
