Target Group Index (TGI) products are now widely acknowledged as the market research benchmark for consumer insights, media planning, and media purchasing. The TGI Product Management team oversees updates to our data, software, and activation products to ensure we maintain this leading industry status.
Role Description:

The successful applicant will assist in the maintenance and development of Client Applications, helping to define what is required to deliver software that meets and exceeds client expectations.

Reporting to a Product Director, you will work alongside the Product Client applications team to ensure we successfully deliver on our annual product plan and roadmap. In this role, you will be involved in managing existing client applications - ensuring that we’re maximizing their use and impact in all of TGI’s markets. You will gain experience across all aspects of the product management journey - from collecting feedback from Kantar Media commercial teams to helping deliver these requirements to our IT development teams.

The Product Analyst – Client Applications needs to:
  • feedback requirements to the Product Director from the different TGI commercial teams, collecting these so that they are clear and useful.
  • suggest and feedback ideas that will help us to engage with clients.
  • pro-actively solicit feedback to suggest adaptions to products and to help the Product Director - Client Applications define strategic priorities; and
  • work with IT, in-house and offshore resource to maintain and develop established products.
Responsibilities:
  • Collect and collate feedback from all TGI teams on client applications and back-office tools
  • Assist with management of features and defects in JIRA/Azure Boards
  • Work with IT to define and sign off user acceptance criteria for features defined in JIRA/Azure Boards
  • Assist with User acceptance testing of features developed by IT
  • Validate any new product releases and client deliverables
  • Work with Product software team to ensure quality documentation and supporting materials are built.
  • Supervise and build reports on usage of our applications using Power BI dashboards
  • Assemble and report quarterly on client feedback

Must have..
