Data & Insights Analyst – Sustainability Solutions

We’re on the lookout for an analytical thinker with a passion for data-driven problem-solving to enhance and refine our sustainability-focused software platform. This role requires someone who can break down complex concepts into actionable insights and detailed models while ensuring our platform remains cutting-edge and user-friendly.

What You’ll Do:

1. Research industry regulations, standards, and best practices related to carbon accounting and sustainability reporting.
2. Translate research insights into technical requirements for platform enhancements.
3. Develop and refine sector-specific reports and content.
4. Maintain and improve documentation, including technical specifications and user guides.
5. Continuously test, analyse, and optimise platform features, flagging areas for improvement and proposing innovative solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

1. A degree in Data Science, Environmental Studies, Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
2. 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, product research, or a consulting role.
3. Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
4. Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating across teams.
5. Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.

Bonus Points For:

1. Knowledge of sustainability strategies, carbon footprint measurement, or environmental policies.
2. Experience with data analytics tools like SQL, Python, or visualisation platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Sisense.
