Job description
Overview

We are looking for a Product Analyst to join a close-knit team driving smarter, more inclusive participant recruitment. Supporting our Participant and Digital Health teams, you'll help us understand what works (and what doesn't) by designing KPIs, spotting friction points, and running experiments across our digital channels. From dashboards to diversity metrics, your insights will shape how thousands of volunteers engage with our mission. If you love turning data into action and want to make a real-world impact, we'd love to hear from you.

At Our Future Health, our mission is to transform the prevention, detection and treatment of conditions such as dementia, cancer, diabetes, heart disease and stroke. We're looking for people to join us on our journey. If you're looking for a new challenge where you can contribute to helping future generations live in good health for longer, then we're keen to speak with you.

What you'll be doing
  • Exploring our product ecosystem to understand user needs and behaviours, identifying areas where we can grow and improve.
  • Collaboratively defining how we measure product success—setting KPIs and designing tracking to reflect what really matters.
  • Sharing data-led recommendations to shape product direction, influencing senior product and business leaders.
  • Partnering closely with product and engineering teams, offering thoughtful insights that guide decisions.
  • Building and nurturing reporting systems that help product squads and leadership stay aligned and focused on outcomes.
  • Designing and running experiments (A/B testing) that help us refine researcher workflows.
  • Communicating insights in an accessible and engaging way, tailored to different audiences.
  • Collaborating with our Analytics Engineering team to ensure our data models (in dbt) are well-structured, documented, and accurate.
Requirements

Previous experience in a Product or Data Analyst role is highly advantageous. To succeed in the role you will have some of the following skills and experience:

  • Strong technical foundation, proficient with SQL and data modelling tools like dbt. Familiarity with Tableau, Looker, Mode, Mixpanel, or Amplitude is highly valued.
  • Natural communicator, skilled at translating complex data into clear, compelling stories that resonate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Collaborative mindset, enjoy working in cross-functional teams and helping others make data-informed decisions.
  • Purpose-driven, proactive and organised, takes ownership while remaining open and responsive to feedback.
  • Experience designing experiments and applying the right analytical techniques to answer meaningful questions.
  • Experience in Python/R is helpful but not required. Background in health, biotech, consumer tech, marketing or B2B products is also a plus.

If you're excited about the power of data to drive thoughtful, human-centred product development, we'd love to hear from you.

Benefits
  • Salary from £50,000 per annum.
  • Generous Pension Scheme - employer contributions of up to 12%.
  • 30 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays - generous holiday allowance with flexibility to take bank holidays when it suits you.
  • Enhanced Parental Leave - supporting you during life's biggest moments.
  • Cycle to Work Scheme - save 25-39% on a new bike and accessories through salary sacrifice.
  • Home & Tech Savings - up to 8% off on IKEA and Currys products, with 12-month salary sacrifice.
  • £1,000 Employee Referral Bonus - reward for bringing someone on board.
  • Wellbeing Support - access to Mental Health First Aiders, 24/7 online GP services and an Employee Assistance Programme for you and your family.
  • A great place to work - central London office in Holborn with flexible and remote working arrangements.

Closing date: Friday 10th October at 4pm.
