The Role of the Product Advisor

The main role as the new Product Advisor is to sell a portfolio of seating, standing, mobility, sleeping therapy and bathroom equipment.

Demonstrating and advising customers to identify their needs and suggest appropriate solutions.

You will also conduct assessments, set-ups and reviews of equipment in schools, homes or clinics to ensure appropriate solutions to a child's postural needs.

Selling into Education, Health and Social sectors, e.g., Special Schools, Social Care, NHS.

Most accounts have some products, so it's about upselling into these accounts and nurturing them.

You will be supported by a first-class customer and sales support team.

The Ideal Person for the Product Advisor

Ideally, someone with a background related to working with children and experience with seating, standing, mobility, sleeping therapy, and bathroom equipment.

You should be amiable, friendly, and consultative in your approach.

Consideration will be given to Occupational Therapists with good commercial awareness and acumen.

We will consider OTs/Physiotherapists with commercial experience or those adaptable to a commercial role.
