A leading company in the arts sector is seeking a dedicated Producing Assistant for a full-time permanent role within their Arts Planning and Producing team. This position involves administrative and producing support for festivals and events, requiring strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. The role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to one of the UK's most vibrant cultural hubs.

We are currently looking for a producing assistant to join our Arts Planning and Producing team on a full time permanent basis.
The Southbank Centre is Europe’s largest arts centre and one of the UK’s top five visitor attractions, occupying an 11-acre site that sits in the midst of London’s most vibrant cultural quarter on the South Bank of the Thames.
Working closely with the Head of Producing, Senior Producers and wider artistic team, this role is instrumental in providing producing support for festivals and events, including Artifax set-ups, event on sales, event contracting, payment processing, artists visas, travel and accommodation, event delivery support and any other duties as required.
