Join us to benefit from an inclusive, digital-first culture that invests in your development, offers continuous learning opportunities, and provides a platform for career growth.

We seek self-motivated Manufacturing Engineers who enjoy learning, have a positive attitude, and are eager to resolve diverse challenges. What you will be doing:
  • Contributing to the development of manufacturing processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Designing manufacturing methods and process steps using Product Quality Planning tools.
  • Applying DFMEA/PFMEA knowledge to influence product definition and manufacturing.
  • Creating and validating Production Technical Instructions to meet design intent and customer requirements for safety, quality, cost, and delivery.
  • Managing First Offs, new part numbers, resequencing methods, and tooling introduction as the manufacturing technical authority.
  • Representing manufacturing engineering within cross-functional teams for your designated parts.
Who we’re looking for:
  • Experience with fabrications, valves, complex assemblies, machining, or critical classified components.
  • A degree or equivalent in engineering or related technical discipline, with relevant manufacturing or process engineering experience.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of Six Sigma/Lean techniques.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills, comfortable liaising at all levels.

We are committed to diversity and inclusion, fostering a respectful and supportive environment where everyone can reach their potential. Learn more about our inclusion strategy on our website.
