Are you a creative powerhouse with a sharp eye for comedy, a knack for online content, and the production skills to bring it all together? We’re looking for a driven Content Producer to lead the creation of standout, original YouTube comedy shows in collaboration with some of the biggest names in digital entertainment.

In this role, you’ll take the reins from concept to upload — shaping ideas, steering writers and editors, overseeing shoots, managing post-production, and tracking performance to make sure every piece of content lands with maximum impact. You’ll be the key creative partner for high-profile comedians, balancing their unique style with innovative strategies to grow audiences and keep them coming back for more.

What you’ll be doing:

• Overseeing and managing production operations across multiple YouTube channels and show formats.
• Leading in-house and freelance writers, videographers, editors, and designers — setting clear goals, giving feedback, and keeping delivery on track.
• Collaborating with senior leadership to shape the long-term creative vision for new shows and talent.
• Analysing performance metrics to spot opportunities for improvement and generating new strategies to boost results.
• Acting as the main production contact for talent, their teams, and external partners.
• Managing detailed production schedules, timelines, and budgets.
• Ensuring all content meets platform standards, monetisation guidelines, and high creative benchmarks.
• Troubleshooting challenges quickly to keep projects running smoothly.
