Who We Are

Hi! We’re Thinkingbox, a brand experience agency shaping the future through craft and curiosity. Our team brings together unique perspectives in design, technology, and strategy to push boundaries and create innovative work for our clients. We’re a curious bunch that loves to think big, learn continuously, and collaborate. We love our culture and the natural collaboration that happens in and around our offices, from hanging out with our office dogs to fun weekly events. We maintain a vibrant work environment. Additionally, for 4 weeks a year, we encourage our people to explore the world—try working from another office or even the beaches of Mexico—and bring that experience back to the team.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Producer to join our London office to help lead and manage a wide range of content-first projects, including branded campaigns, live action, and motion design—while also supporting select experiential activations when needed.

As a Producer, you’ll be responsible for managing the day-to-day production process, ensuring smooth project execution from kickoff to final delivery. You’ll collaborate closely with creative, strategy, and production teams to bring story-driven content to life, while managing budgets, timelines, and client communication.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Produce a range of content projects from start to finish—especially live action, motion, social, and digital campaigns
  • Support experiential activations (pop-ups, installations, events) where needed
  • Manage timelines, scopes, budgets, and deliverables across multiple projects
  • Work closely with creative and strategy teams to ensure alignment on vision and execution
  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients throughout the production process
  • Coordinate internal teams, freelance talent, vendors, and post partners to ensure flawless execution
  • Support pitches, estimates, and resourcing plans alongside senior team members
  • Help maintain and refine production workflows and documentation
  • Contribute to a collaborative and positive team culture in the London office
What You'll Bring
  • 4–6 years of experience in a production role within a creative agency, content studio, or production company
  • Strong background in live action, motion, and digital content production
  • Experience with experiential or event production is a plus
  • Excellent project management and multitasking abilities
  • Great communication skills and confidence in working with clients
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • A passion for storytelling, creativity, and delivering great work
Nice To Have
  • Familiarity with immersive or emerging tech (AR/VR/XR), digital installations, or innovation-led projects
  • Knowledge of UK production processes and vendor landscape
  • Experience working on global or multi-market campaigns
Additional Info
  • Hybrid office environment
  • Flexible time off, including paid vacation and sick days
  • Regular culture and team-building events
  • Employee recognition and incentive programs
  • Seasonal celebrations and gatherings
  • Branded company swag
  • Access to industry events and learning opportunities
  • Dog-friendly offices
  • Unlimited coffee, drinks, and snacks
  • Flexible work and travel options
  • Comprehensive extended health benefits
