Loud London in London, UK is seeking a Show Runner to lead the production of one of our shows from pre-production through publishing. You will book guests, brief the team, and direct recordings to maintain energy and timing.

Collaborating with editors and the Head of Production, you’ll manage the guest pipeline and ensure every episode is signed off before going live. Revenue share is part of the opportunity.

We are a London-based media network building shows that cover food, sport, finance, law, technology, culture and lifestyle — all made for young people, by young people. We are looking for a Show Runner to lead the production of one of our shows from pre-production through to publishing.

What You’ll Do

• Book and manage guests — first contact through to their arrival on recording day
• Brief the full team ahead of every recording — episode topic, guest background, running order
• Direct the show on recording day — keep energy, timing and content on track
• Own the master episode checklist — nothing goes live without your sign-off
• Make sure BTS content is being captured throughout every recording
• Confirm all footage is uploaded to Google Drive after every session
• Coordinate with the Editor on clip selection and key timestamps
• Send weekly updates to the Head of Production on show status
• Keep the guest pipeline active — always have the next three guests in progress
