Job Title: Producer & Project Manager
Timings: 3 days per week at 11 Lonsdale Rd (Mon-Wed), with additional on-site days and extra contracted days as necessary. Office hours are 09:00 - 18:00.

Daily Rate: £250-300 depending on experience
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of experiential campaigns, pop-ups, and immersive installations.
- Collaborate with designers, strategists, and production teams to realize creative concepts.
- Ensure all creative elements align with client objectives and brand or developer vision.
- Coordinate the production of physical and digital assets for activations.
- Source and manage artists, performers, and other creative contributors as needed.
Project Management:
- Oversee end-to-end planning and execution from briefing to post-event wrap-up.
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring milestones are met.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing creative ambition with practicality.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to project delivery.
Stakeholder & Client Coordination:
- Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.
- Coordinate with suppliers, venues, and logistics partners for seamless execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams and freelancers to deliver high-quality work within scope.
Logistics & Operations:
- Secure permits, insurance, and health & safety documentation for events.
- Manage site planning, build schedules, and operational workflows.
- Coordinate on-site production and technical execution.
On-Site Delivery:
- Oversee event setup, ensuring all elements are installed as envisioned.
- Manage real-time problem-solving during activations.
- Ensure a seamless guest experience, including flow management and interactive engagement.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in project management or relevant fields.
- Proven ability to deliver completed projects.
- Experience working collaboratively with teams.
General Terms:
- Contractor agrees to NDA as required.
- Contractor will use their own computing equipment, ensuring security.
- All data must be kept secure and GDPR compliant.
- Contractor agrees not to work independently with company clients during and 12 months after the consultancy.
- Termination as per T&Cs.
