Job Title: Producer & Project Manager

Timings: 3 days per week at 11 Lonsdale Rd (Mon-Wed) (+ on-site additional days, and extra contracted

days as necessary.Office Hours are 09:00 - 18:00

Daily Rate: £250-300 depending on experience

Roles & Responsibilities

Creative Production

  • Lead the development and execution of experiential campaigns, pop-ups, and immersive installations.
  • Collaborate with designers, strategists, and production teams to bring creative concepts to life.
  • Ensure all creative elements align with client objectives and brand or developer vision.
  • Coordinate the production of physical and digital assets required for activations.
  • Source and manage artists, performers, and other creative contributors as needed.

Project Management

  • Oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of projects, from initial briefing to post-event wrap-up.
  • Develop detailed project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring all milestones are met.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing creative ambition with practical feasibility.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to project delivery.

Stakeholder & Client Coordination

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and management of expectations.
  • Work closely with suppliers, venues, and logistics partners to ensure seamless execution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and other freelancers to deliver high-quality work within scope.

Logistics & Operations

  • Secure necessary permits, insurance, and health & safety documentation for events.
  • Manage site planning, build schedules, and operational workflows for activations.
  • Coordinate on-site production and ensure all technical elements are executed smoothly.

On-Site Delivery

  • Oversee event setup, ensuring all elements are installed and presented as envisioned.
  • Manage real-time problem-solving during activations, adjusting plans as needed.
  • Ensure a seamless guest experience, from flow management to interactive engagement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's / Masterclass degree
  • 5+ years of experience in project management or relevant fields
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience working with a team

  • Contractor Agrees to NDA as required by the company
  • Contractor will use thier own computing equipment and ensure that it is kept in good order for the security of company systems.
  • All online data to be kept secure and confidential, to comply with GDPR
  • Contractor undertakes not to work independently with company contracts/clients during the period of the consultancy or within 12months of end of consultancy.
  • Termination of consultancy as per the stand at T&Cs
