We’re looking for aMid-weight Producerto join our client's team, working across a diverse range of experiential projects for global luxury brands and private clients. From large-scale galas and brand activations to highly curated, detail-driven dinners and private events, you’ll be delivering standout experiences with precision and creativity.

About the Role
As Producer, you’ll manage the full lifecycle of events and activations — from concept development through to final delivery. You’ll take the lead on planning, timelines, budgets, and team coordination, ensuring that every detail is considered and executed to the highest standard. Working closely with internal teams, external partners, and high-profile clients, you’ll be responsible for keeping projects on track, on brief, and on brand.

This role suits someone who’s comfortable navigating complexity, who can manage both large-format productions and intricate, high-touch experiences. You’ll be expected to work autonomously, delegate effectively, and bring a calm, solutions-led approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day management of events and one-off experiential projects
