FuturLab is seeking a Producer to support PowerWash Simulator 2 and other titles. The role involves coordinating Agile ceremonies, aligning tech and non-technical teams, and driving milestone planning and risk management.

A strong communicator who can manage multiple priorities will thrive in this remote/hybrid Brighton-based position. You will administer Jira, push process improvements, and help teams refine their tools and ways of working to deliver high-quality outcomes efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate Agile ceremonies for multidisciplinary teams (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).
• Act as a liaison between internal teams ensuring clear communication and alignment between tech and other departments.
• Support milestone planning and tracking to ensure deliverables align with goals and timelines.
• Keep internal teams aligned (Content, QA, Publishing).
• Manage risks and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Act as Jira administrator across projects (workflows, automations, reporting, improvements).
• Contribute to continuous improvement of team processes and tools.

We’re FuturLab, the award-winning game studio behind PowerWash Simulator, the Velocity series, Peaky Blinders Mastermind, and many more awesome games.

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Producer to support the exciting world of PowerWash Simulator 2! In this role, you will facilitate Agile ways of working, coordinate planning and delivery activities, and act as a key point of communication between technical and non-technical teams. You will play an important role in keeping stakeholders informed, managing project risks, tracking milestones, and ensuring teams remain aligned.

The successful candidate will have strong organisational and communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. You will also be responsible for Jira administration, driving process improvements, and helping teams continuously refine their tools and ways of working to deliver high-quality outcomes efficiently.

Requirements

• Coordinate and facilitate Agile ceremonies for multidisciplinary teams, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
