Our multi award-winning YouTube channel The Overlap is growing, and we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Cricket Producer to join us on a 12-month fixed term basis in our Manchester office.

This would be a great position for someone who has outstanding editorial judgement, is experienced across multiple content formats (live, digital and long form) and is a collaborative team leader.

What you’ll be doing…

• Providing leadership across the editorial, production and social teams to plan and execute the best possible output.
• Anticipating how audiences consume sport content across multiple platforms.
• Building relationships with our key stakeholders.
• Collaborating with on-screen talent and managing them effectively.
• Remaining current with cricket news, events, players and trends to inform production decisions.
• Reviewing edits for quality control, accuracy and editorial integrity.
• Ensuring all cricket content meets editorial, legal and compliance standards.

Who you are…

• We’d love you to be an experienced editorial and creative thinker, within sports broadcasting or digital production.
• You’re able to present a body of work as a Producer, ideally with a Cricket focus, showcasing your storytelling skills.
• You have strong communication skills and can effectively manage and inspire teams.
• You’re confident overseeing studio records and edits in a fast-paced and invigorating environment.
