Hearst UK is seeking a Producer to support commercial video and stills delivery across multiple brands. You will manage productions end-to-end, acting as the hub between editorial, video, commercial and external partners.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to produce video and stills for editorial and commercial use.
• Strong organisational and project-management skills with tight timelines.
• Clear communicator coordinating editorial, production and clients.
• Experience managing production budgets, schedules and logistics.
• Understanding of brand identity, tone, and platform requirements.
• Ability to balance multiple shoots and stakeholders under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial shoots end-to-end from pitch support to delivery.
• Scope and manage budgets, schedules and logistics for productions.
• Lead clear briefings and keep stakeholders aligned on timelines.
• Handle bookings for crew, locations, studios, suppliers and talent.
• Act as main client contact, managing feedback cycles and approvals.
• Oversee post-production including edits, retouching and rights.
• Coordinate invoicing, contracts and archival of campaign assets.
• Maintain brand identity knowledge and platform requirements during pitches.
• Ensure consistent operational standards across productions.
