Hearst UK is looking for a Producer to support the delivery of commercial video and stills content across multiple brands. The role oversees productions end-to-end, from pitch support and pre-production through to delivery, acting as the central link between editorial, video, commercial teams and external partners.

Hearst UK operates an in office policy with flexible Friday's. Our office is based at House of Hearst, 30 Panton Street, St James's, London, SW1Y 4AJ, where teams collaborate in person and connect across brands and functions.
Salary – £35,000 - £40,000 – Salary is dependent on experience and will be assessed in line with the candidate’s skills, knowledge, and relevant expertise.
As the Producer, you will support the delivery of commercial video and stills content across multiple brands. This role manages productions end-to-end – from pitch support and pre-production through to delivery – acting as a central point of coordination between editorial, video, commercial and external partners.
The ideal candidate will be organised, proactive and confident managing multiple projects at once. You will be expected to take ownership of your productions, anticipate issues early, uphold high production standards, and ensure shoots and deliveries run smoothly. You must have a strong creative eye, a clear understanding of our brands’ visual identities and tone of voice, and the ability to adapt your approach across different disciplines and commercial requirements.
