WING, a creative production arm of Little Dot Studios, has a new role for a multi-skilled Producer/Director to help deliver high-end films and commercials to the world’s largest brands. This is the perfect position for a highly ambitious and versatile team player to join a driven, hard-working, and creative team passionate about producing exceptional films that raise eyebrows.

You need to be great at multi-tasking, managing and driving clients, and importantly be super-organised, patient, and have bags of creativity and initiative. You will be working on multiple projects simultaneously from brief through to delivery alongside a team of creatives and producers.

HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME

• Overseeing all stages of production, from receipt of brief through to delivery, ensuring all content, deadlines, and budget requirements are met
• Ideating and contributing to creative sessions, and pitching concepts to the creative team and clients
• Directing live-action shoots with a confident and collaborative approach
• Utilising your strong budgeting, scheduling, and negotiation skills, and managing all production paperwork
• Collaborating with the Senior Production Manager to manage all health and safety compliance for projects and overseeing best practices
• Ensuring that our attention to detail and client relationships are maintained to the highest level.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

• Demonstrable experience as a Producer/Director in the branded content or corporate video world - ideally teamed with a knowledge of the sports sponsorship arena
• A professional and creative approach, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
• The ability to work independently while being a great team player
• Flawless organisational and time management skills
• A strong showreel demonstrating visual flair and storytelling range
• Excellent writing and visual communication skills
• A passion for content, digital media, sports broadcast, and staying updated on the latest social media trends
• While not mandatory, experience with sports brands or high-performance environments, as well as some editing knowledge or a creative post background, is highly desired
• Must be willing to travel.
