Celtic Connections has a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and analytical Producer (Celtic Connections Programming) to join the award-winning festival. You will be a key team player within the Celtic Connections team, providing support to the Festival Manager and Creative Director in delivering the programme for the festival. You’ll work with a small dynamic team, liaising with internal and external colleagues, departments, and suppliers. You will assist with the day-to-day running of the festival, supporting the production of a programme involving presentations, co-productions, and collaborations, and prepare relevant contracts, production arrangements, and the administration of agreements. This is a full-time, 35 hours per week, fixed-term contract until May 2028.
As a Producer, you will join our Celtic Connections Team, supporting arts, music, and cultural venues. Celtic Connections is part of Glasgow Life Arts & Music team, providing valuable and meaningful experiences through arts and music. As Producer (Celtic Connections Programming), you’ll be integral to planning, supporting, and delivering the festival programme. Reporting to the Celtic Connections Festival Manager, you will work alongside an established team. This role is supported by Creative Scotland.

Our city-wide contracts offer flexibility to work at various locations. We support hybrid working arrangements, with team members working between the office and home, as agreed with your line manager. The Glasgow Royal Concert Hall office is well-connected by public transport.
This role involves 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with occasional weekend and evening work, especially in January.
