The ideal candidate should have experience in model and still life shoots, with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have experience of running simultaneous shoots and experience in a varied style of shoots and photography styles. You’ll have built up experience of producing model and still life shoot for adults and kidswear shoots. Reporting into the Creative Ops Lead you’ll be comfortable handling the pace and pressure of multiple shoots, while one shoot is in pre-production, you’ll be kicking off the next. With a calm approach you’ll shape the expectation of clients, agencies and internal SLT. You’ll be a key driver in the production schedule and owner of all internal and external meetings. With an extensive little black book, you love finding the right talent for every project.
