Amazon.com is seeking a smart, enthusiastic, hard-working, and creative candidate to join the Sales Abuse Prevention team as a Prod Compliance Associate Sr. This role offers an exciting introduction to the Amazon Marketplace and serves as a training ground for success.

The primary responsibilities include adhering to SOPs and meeting assigned goals. The environment is fast-paced, requiring a self-starter who is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable collaborating with multiple teams, partners, and management.

The candidate should have a proven track record of delivering results, experience in processing large datasets, and report generation & management. Ability to resolve issues with minimal guidance is essential.

A typical day as a Sr Compliance Associate involves: Following SOPs, applying feedback and guidance to fulfill incoming requests efficiently, maintaining quality standards, and supporting various projects within the team and organization.

Basic qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Engineering or Business).
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in data-driven business operations or processes such as Business Process Outsourcing or Operations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple processes.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment with a passion for customer experience.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical reasoning skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Interest in e-Commerce and online business.
  • Passion for innovation, automation, and operational excellence.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience with database management and data analysis, including SQL querying.
  • Knowledge of programming languages like Python, VB, HTML, XML feeds.
  • Ability to write macros in Excel to improve processes.
