Procurement Tutor - full or part time - £40,000 to £55,000 DOE
Remote (applicants must be UK based)
Maybe you are a seasoned CIPS Tutor or maybe you are a CIPS professional who would like to train, coach and mentor CIPS students:
- A full or part time role is available. However, it must be conducted during normal office hours and not evenings, nor weekends. It cannot be carried out alongside another full time role.
- The role is remote but employees must be UK based.
- You'd be delivering CIPS Levels 3 (Advanced Certificate) through to Level 6 (Professional Diploma).
- You'd be supporting a small caseload of learners who are all working within procurement and keen to improve their procurement skills and knowledge by being coached by an experienced procurement professional
- You'd be ensuring that learning resources are up to date with procurement practices by using your expertise to develop cutting edge, challenging training material.
- You'd be working as part of a small but highly professional team of like minded procurement Tutors.
- You'd be conducting assessments of students' work and provide constructive and concise feedback.
- Taking your learners to the next level of skill will be your goal.
- You'd be reporting on individual learner's progress and any areas of concern.
- You'd be able to gain training qualifications if you don't have them already.
To apply for the role you must possess:
- MCIPS.
- A sound track record at senior level within procurement.
- A track record in delivering procurement training - maybe you have coached and mentored your team, or provided skills gap or induction training. Regardless, you've delivered training and you've thoroughly enjoyed it.
- Exceptional presentation and written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management abilities.
- You must have a dedicated workspace at home and have the motivation to work unsupervised.
The salary will be dependent upon procurement and training experience. To be eligible for the higher salary band you would need previous experience of delivering CIPS training as part of a formal qualification structure
