Position Overview

Our European Graduate Program starting again in September 2025 gives you the opportunity to work on three of our European sites and gain experience working in different cultures. To set you up for success, we support you with training, coaching and mentoring.

This position will be pivotal in our procurement transformation in supporting the 3 European sites through their procurement transformation and the implementation of our Sustainable Procurement & Decarbonation program at global level.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Participate in procurement transformation with S4HANA & COUPA implementation:
    • Managing tenders & contracts
    • Provide site support on Management of Change
    • Guide buyers with new tools adoption
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to standardize procurement practices across the 3 European sites
  • Identify and implement synergies opportunities across sites
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives, driving innovation in procurement processes
  • Actively participate in our global sustainable procurement program:
    • Participate in our new sustainable procurement tool deployment with our suppliers at global level
    • Be proactive on the improvement of our supplier’s ESG maturity
    • Identify and implement actions to improve TRONOX’ ESG maturity
    • Work towards improvement of our CO2 scope 3 accuracy and seek green opportunities to reduce our global footprint

Practical Information

  • It is a full-time position during the three-year program
  • Ability to work on our three sites in Europe
  • This role will be allocated to a different European Tronox location per term (one year). The next location will be decided towards the end of each term. The locations, in random order are Botlek-Netherlands, Stallingborough-UK and Thann-France.
  • If you are hired, a pre-employment screening will follow via an external party

Qualifications

  • A completed Master degree, preferably Supply Chain Management or Business Administration
  • Eligible to work in the UK, France and the Netherlands
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • It is an absolute must that you have a good command of the English language
  • A curious, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude
