Job Description:

Bramwith Consulting is seeking a Procurement Third Party Risk Management Director for a global FTSE 100 company based in central London. This hybrid role involves 2-3 days in the office per week and offers a salary of £75,000-£95,000 plus Car, Shares, and Bonus.

The successful candidate will support the Chief Procurement Officer in leading the design and implementation of a Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) transformation.

Role overview:

  • Conduct governance review of Third Party Risk Management, including data needs for risk prediction and regulatory compliance
  • Perform risk review of third-party engagements
  • Review end-to-end processes to ensure integration with procurement, contracting, and finance systems
  • Assess and select appropriate technological tools
  • Lead the transformation program, designing and executing targeted strategies
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency
  • Manage program governance, stakeholder engagement, and project quality
  • Build partnerships with cross-functional leaders and project teams
  • Engage with senior stakeholders, including the Chief Compliance Officer and Head of Legal Contracting

Required background:

  • Experience in procurement functions or third-party risk management programs
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale transformation projects within global corporations
  • Skills in process improvement, user experience, change management, operating model design, data analysis, and visualization
  • Degree, MBA, and MCIPS are preferred but not essential
