Procurement Third Party Risk Management Director - Global FTSE 100 - Central London (hybrid working: 2-3 days in the office per week) - £75,000-£95,000 + Car + Shares + Bonus

An aggressively growing global FTSE 100 brand seeks an outstanding Procurement professional to support the CPO in leading the design of the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Transformation.

The company's Procurement Third Party Risk Management Director will be an ambitious individual who has progressed rapidly within leading FTSE 100 organizations, ideally working across multiple businesses to understand best-in-class practices and bring them in-house.

Role overview:
  • Review of Third Party Risk Management Governance: identifying data needs to predict and mitigate risk, and satisfy regulators.
  • End-to-End Process Review: integrating Third Party Risk Management with other processes such as procurement, contracting, and finance systems for a holistic view of third parties.
  • Technology Review: assessing if the current tools support the above processes effectively.
  • Lead the transformation program to design and implement targeted strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency across the program.
  • Manage program governance, including project review and quality assurance, to ensure successful execution and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain effective partnerships with key cross-functional leaders and project teams.
  • Manage senior stakeholders, including the Chief Compliance Officer and Head of Legal Contracting.
Required background:
  • Experience in Procurement Functions or Third Party Risk Management Programs.
  • Experience in leading transformation, program management, or large-scale transformation projects in global corporations.
  • Skills in process improvement, user experience, continuous improvement, change management, operating model design, data analysis, and visualization.
  • Degree, MBA, and MCIPS preferred but not essential.
