Job summary

Motor Insurers' Bureau in Milton Keynes is seeking a Procurement and Third Party Management Lead on a 10-month FTC. The role delivers end-to-end procurement, manages high-risk third parties, and embeds the TPRM framework across the business. Hybrid working with 2 office days per week, 35 hours per week.

You will partner with TP Executives to shape sourcing, contracts and vendor performance, supported by a strong policy framework and a focus on value, cost savings, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Procurement and third party management experience in a fast-paced organisation.
• Extensive procurement and third party management experience in IT/services.
• Commercially aware, financially literate and able to draft complex supplier contracts.
• Strong influencing and stakeholder management with senior-level engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement for assigned areas, including sourcing, tender, negotiation, and contract onboarding.
• Develop and maintain TPRM framework and policy documents.
• Create training materials and run workshops on TPRM across the business.
• Collaborate with TP Executives to define a sourcing approach for key areas.
• Provide third party management support proportional to risk level.
