The role
As a Procurement Systems & Data Coordinator, your main responsibility is to support procurement systems and processes, particularly SAP Ariba modules including Buying, Source to Contract, Supplier Lifecycle & Performance, and Ariba Risk. You will ensure seamless user access, supplier onboarding, issue resolution, and act as the primary liaison with accounts payable to facilitate smooth transactions.
You will also maintain up-to-date user guides, training materials, and induction packs for the Performance and Insights and P&C teams, lead supplier engagement programs, and manage procurement policies, templates, and website content to ensure compliance. Monitoring activities related to anti-bribery, gifts and hospitality, and fraud are also part of your responsibilities.
What will make you successful in the role?
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar procurement role or environment. You should be a creative thinker with a passion for visual storytelling and user-focused design; experience in designing materials or web-based assets is a plus. Strong IT skills, excellent relationship management, and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels are essential. You should be well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of prioritizing tasks under tight deadlines. Knowledge of procurement and contract management principles, as well as familiarity with SAP Ariba, is desirable but not mandatory. Enthusiasm for learning and a keen design sensibility are important qualities.
