Procurement and Supply Chain Systems and Data Manager
Location: Oxfordshire Band 7 | Permanent | 37.5 hours/week
Overview:
A key leadership opportunity for a digital-savvy professional to manage and develop procurement systems, data flows, and business intelligence within a complex healthcare environment. You'll lead a small team, enhance digital capabilities, and support organisational improvements through technology and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead on systems management (e.g. Atamis, Ingenica 360, GHX, NEP, PAM)Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and data reportsPromote data quality and governance across procurement functionsManage a small Systems & Data team (planning, delegation, performance)Support digitisation and automation of procurement and supply chain processesWork closely with internal stakeholders to identify needs and deliver insightsOversee integration of inventory and procurement systems
Essential Skills & Experience:
Strong knowledge of Power BI, SQL, and Microsoft OfficeExperience managing procurement or digital systems in a complex organisationTrack record of delivering data-led projects and reporting solutionsProven leadership and team management experienceExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Desirable:
Experience with NHS procurement systems and processesKnowledge of Scan4Safety, inventory management, or strategic sourcing tools
