Procurement & Supply Chain Administrator

Responsibilities
  • Support the wider procurement & supply chain team in group procurement activities.
  • Administer and issue Group Agreements for signature.
  • Manage the day-to-day requirements of the Group Sub-Contractor On-Boarding Process and Procedure, ensuring smooth flow of information and stakeholder engagement, and meeting Service Level Agreements.
  • Address and challenge non-compliance issues with process, procedure, and group agreements, collaborating with business pillars and escalating to line management when necessary.
  • Maintain the Sub-Contractor Database, ensuring data accuracy, correct categorization, and proper upload of SafeContractor data feeds and related documentation.
  • Organize and lead engagement events as required, including travel for hosting and attending group procurement meetings.
  • Keep the Procurement internal portal updated with live documents, registers, and templates.
  • Manage updates to Sub-Contractors' status within databases.
  • Guide and support stakeholders in the Business Unit Pillars on procurement processes, procedures, and platform use, including SafeContractor.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders across the group.
  • Provide onboarding support, manage lists, monitor divisional KPIs, and distribute relevant information to stakeholders.
  • Adhere to the United Way principles, ensuring processes are followed and integrated into daily routines.
  • Proactively resolve challenges and issues or escalate them early for timely resolution.
