About the role

Reporting to the Procurement and Supply Chain Director as a Strategic Procurement Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping our procurement strategies across multiple categories. You’ll work closely with our Product Design team to develop and source innovative products globally, supporting 10 markets across Europe. In addition, you’ll drive sustainability initiatives, helping us reduce our carbon footprint and enhance our supplier landscape.

What you'll be doing
  • Create/implement procurement initiatives across 10 European markets, working closely with Product Design to develop and source products globally.
  • Build and manage relationships with key suppliers, ensuring innovation and cost efficiencies.
  • Drive sustainability efforts, including increasing recycled raw material usage, achieving 100% recyclability, and reducing carbon impact.
  • Set annual cost-saving targets across multiple categories and execute strategies to achieve them.
  • Forecast, implement procurement policies, and lead continuous improvement projects across product, indirect, and fleet procurement.
  • Be a subject matter expert on end-of-life product strategies and procurement transformation.
What we're looking for
  • MCIPS or other related qualifications are a plus.
  • Strong commercial and analytical mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities and drive efficiencies.
  • Essential experience in strategic sourcing; experience in manufacturing is beneficial.
  • Experience working across multiple categories.
  • Strong track record of delivering tangible business benefits, including process efficiencies and cost savings.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to influence and persuade.
  • Strong supplier relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage complex issues and multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines.
  • Collaborative approach with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Knowledge of ERP or similar systems (desirable).
