Job Description:

We are seeking a Procurement Specialist for our rail client based in London on an initial contract paying up to £625 per day Inside IR35.

Work Arrangement:

Hybrid working – 2 to 3 days per week in the office.

Required Skills:

  • Knowledge of ETCS (European Train Control System)
  • Proven track record in developing and delivering procurement strategies aligned with national frameworks
  • Experience in full-cycle procurement, including pre-qualification, tendering, negotiation, and contract preparation
  • Ability to influence contractor and sub-contractor procurement activities
  • Familiarity with EU Procurement Directives and compliance with legal/regulatory frameworks
