Procurement Specialist (Based Salisbury, Swindon & Bath)

This role has a base at either Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust, Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (Swindon), or Royal United Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (Bath).

We are looking to recruit a Procurement Specialist to join our Sourcing Team, providing a customer-centric service to source value-for-money products and services supporting high-quality clinical care. Roles may involve clinical, non-clinical, or capital & infrastructure procurement.

Main duties of the job

Your primary role will be within the Sourcing Team, sourcing a wide range of clinical, non-clinical, capital, and infrastructure products/services with an addressable spend of approximately £153m across the BSW ICS.

The role involves collaborative working across Bath, Swindon, and Wiltshire, engaging with various stakeholders to positively impact patient care.

Successful candidates can be based at the Royal United Hospitals in Bath, Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust, or Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in Swindon.

We seek self-starters who are tenacious, adaptable, and possess excellent relationship management skills. You should be committed to championing the Procurement Vision and delivering the aims of the divisions you work with. A willingness to learn, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a changing, demanding environment are essential, along with a team-oriented approach.
