Nu-Heat Ltd., based in Honiton/Exeter, is seeking a Procurement & Purchasing professional to join a small team shaping supplier strategy. You will manage supplier performance, negotiate contracts, and align procurement activity with Genuit's CMS objectives.
The role involves collaboration with product development, finance and manufacturing across Honiton and Exeter. Working hours are 9:00-17:00, with hybrid working.
Nu-Heat was born from a desire to provide underfloor heating solutions in the UK, when in 1992, no supplier existed. Since then, we have been perfecting bespoke, high efficiency home heating systems whilst developing our own industry leading underfloor heating products along the way. Backed by lifetime technical support and award-winning customer service, our bespoke heating systems are precisely designed for our customers' projects, so they feel the difference. Now part of the Genuit Groups' Climate Management Solutions (CMS) business unit, Nu-heat has ambitious growth plans.
The Role Reporting to the Procurement & Purchasing Manager, this is an opportunity to join a small team continuing to make a big positive impact on the Company’s performance. This role works closely with product development, product management, finance and manufacturing teams in Honiton and Exeter.
Key focus areas of the role include sourcing, evaluating and managing new and incumbent suppliers, supporting business growth and risk management and ensuring alignment to group procurement strategy, processes and policies.
Working hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 - 17:00. Working style: Hybrid with a greater weighting office versus home working.
