Babcock International Group is recruiting a Procurement Specialist to support high‑value projects at HMNB Clyde. You will ensure goods and services are secured on time, cost and quality, while maintaining compliance and driving value for money.
Role is full‑time, hybrid in the UK, with responsibilities across requisition to PO, supplier management, tendering, and continuous improvement. You will work with internal stakeholders and external suppliers in a regulated defence environment.

As a Procurement Specialist, you’ll play a vital role supporting high‑value infrastructure and engineering projects at HMNB Clyde. You’ll ensure the right goods and services are secured at the right time, cost and quality — all while maintaining compliance, managing risk and driving value for money.

You’ll partner closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers, contribute to continuous improvement, and develop your commercial skills across regulated defence procurement.

This role is full time, 36 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements.
The successful candidate must be a sole UK National who is able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
