Job Title: Procurement Specialist
Location: Flexible – based at Dalston Factory, Tutbury Factory, Gatwick, or York Offices
Salary: Circa £40,000 depending on experience + 8% annual bonus + pension + 12 flexible days + 2 volunteering days + other benefits

Join our Procurement team as a Procurement Specialist, collaborating with the Beverages Business Partnering team. This role offers interaction across all levels, with opportunities to influence and engage cross-functionally, working with external suppliers and contributing to zone projects including process optimization.
You will understand, communicate, and implement sourcing strategies for Raw & Pack materials, onboarding new suppliers locally. Responsibilities include data gathering, conveying local requirements, and liaising with stakeholders to execute strategies.
Knowledge of Nestlé operations or procurement processes is advantageous. Essential attributes include effective communication, resilience, results focus, influencing skills, numeracy, and tenacity.
