You’ll be at the heart of procurement activities, with a key role in driving efficiency and sustainability for a growing organisation. Your expertise will ensure contracts are in place for essential support services, and you’ll have the freedom to shape procurement strategies that deliver outstanding results. With a hybrid working model, and high levels of autonomy, this is your chance to make an impact while enjoying flexibility and job security.

What You’ll Do

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and third parties, becoming the go-to person for contract management.
  • Oversee a £1 million annual spend, ensuring service providers deliver on their contract obligations—within budget and on time.
  • Administer the Contracts Library, ensuring all contracts are monitored, up-to-date, and risk-free.
  • Deliver a monthly Procurement Report, highlighting forward plans and addressing any potential issues before they arise.

Why This Role

  • You’ll have the autonomy to work on your own initiative, shaping procurement strategies with real influence.
  • Your decisions will have a direct impact on the performance and future of the organisation.
  • Hybrid working means flexibility, with three days on-site and two days working remotely.
  • Enjoy a competitive benefits package: 25 days annual leave, discounted gym membership, pension contributions, and even a travel pass for you and a partner.

Your Background

You bring knowledge and experience in administering contracts and selecting suppliers. You know how to keep operations running smoothly, and you're excited about the chance to manage key relationships and procurement processes.
