We’re seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to support a fast-paced, innovative organisation in the energy infrastructure and technology sector. This temporary, on-site role is ideal for someone available immediately and ready to deliver results from day one.

The Role:

You'll manage supplier relationships, lead sourcing and negotiation processes, and support both strategic projects and day-to-day procurement operations. Your work will directly contribute to optimising cost, quality, and delivery across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and negotiate goods/services to meet project and operational needs
  • Conduct market research and supplier evaluations
  • Lead RFQs and contract negotiations
  • Track procurement KPIs and ensure compliance
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Projects, Operations, Finance)
  • Maintain procurement records and support process improvements

What You’ll Bring:

  • 3+ years in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP experience (SAP/Oracle) desirable
  • Knowledge of procurement regulations and best practices
  • CIPS qualified or working towards (or equivalent)
  • Sector experience in energy, technology, or infrastructure is a plus
