Job summary

HealthTrust Europe is seeking a Procurement Assistant to support the procurement team with contract finalisation and contract processes across multiple categories. You will liaise with suppliers, foster internal and external relationships, identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.

The role offers onboarding, training opportunities and exposure to a healthcare-focused procurement environment, with pathways for professional development within the team.

• Administration experience across processes.
• Experience coordinating procurement workflows.

Responsibilities

• Assist in finalising contract documents and supporting procurement processes.
• Develop supplier relationships and support category strategies.
• Coordinate sourcing activities and present category strategies for review.
• Support risk mitigation and process improvements across categories.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to drive value.
