ENL Legal Recruitment is seeking a Procurement Solicitor in Norwich with 4+ PQE to advise public sector bodies, utilities and suppliers on complex procurement matters, including tender strategies and drafting procurement documents.

You will work on high-profile outsourcing projects, contribute to client development, mentor juniors and support the team’s growth in a leading national practice.

THE ROLE:

You will advise major public sector bodies, utilities, and leading suppliers on complex procurement matters, from shaping tender strategies and drafting procurement documentation to negotiating commercial contracts for high‑profile outsourcing projects. You will also play a key role in high‑stakes High Court challenges, working alongside specialist litigators on both claims and defences, while contributing to client development, mentoring junior colleagues and helping shape the team’s continued growth.

THE CANDIDATE:

The successful candidate will be a Solicitor with 4+ PQE and strong public procurement experience, backed by a solid understanding of commercial law and public sector requirements. Commercially astute and solutions‑focused, you will confidently manage complex matters, build client relationships, and deliver pragmatic advice. Strong drafting, commercial management, and organisational skills are essential, alongside a proactive approach to business development, client engagement and supporting junior colleagues.
