Job Description:

The purpose of the role is to work in partnership to deliver digital capabilities aligned with the transformation agenda and the SQA digital strategy. The role will partner with functional and digital experts, global and regional procurement leadership, and external partners to set the SQA digital strategy and deliver digital enablers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the co-creation and deployment of the digital strategy for SQA in Procurement, including identifying opportunities, stakeholder alignment, and execution.
2. Manage the digital budget to ensure solutions meet strategic goals in line with Pet Nutrition’s digital strategy.
3. Partner with SQA leads and regional managers, collaborating extensively with functional and digital leaders at VP and Director levels, as well as cross-functional teams globally and regionally.
4. Manage risks, issues, and escalations across multiple projects.
5. Coordinate with Procurement Transformation programs, R&D, Supply teams, and Digital Operations & Shepherd programs for integration.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Experience in digital projects and transformation within procurement, focusing on SQA.
• Proven ability to identify and select appropriate digital solutions.
• Experience with new technologies and continuous improvement initiatives.
